We have a maximum capacity of 50 members (more or less) dictated primarily by the size of the room we rehearse in.
We operate a three-term year, with members rejoining every September, January and April. A few spaces usually become available at the start of each term.
If you like, you’re welcome to drop in one Monday night for a free taster session to help you decide whether you want to sign up officially. There is no audition, and no requirement to be able to read music.
The Spring 2025 term will start on Monday January 27th. Prospective members are welcome to come to the session (Blackness Library, 7.00pm, upstairs meeting room). Existing members get priority for joining, any extra spaces (and there are usually some) up to our limit of 50 will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Anyone who misses out will be added to our waiting list. Even if we are over the maximum, you’re welcome to stay for a fun taster singing session.
Spring Term 2025 runs from Monday Jan 27th to Monday April 7th, with one week missed during March. The fee for the term is £40.
